Customer Response Model

Uses historical campaign response data to predict which customers will be most likely to respond to a given marketing campaign. Allows the user to select which prior campaigns the ad in question is most similar to, then churns through historical data to output a ranking of existing customers and their likelihood to respond to the current campaign. Relies on historical response data pulled from our marketing automation platform and uses a logistic regression model to determine the best fit. Outputs a list of current customers and response likelihood rating.
